Vtg B&W Snapshot Parade Float Hospital Medical Scene Costumes Bed Quilt 1961
This vintage black and white snapshot captures a unique parade float designed to look like a hospital medical scene. A participant dressed in period costumes rests on a bed piled high with a quilt, surrounded by the makeshift clinical equipment of a 1961 community celebration.
The image offers a fascinating glimpse into the whimsical local pageantry of the early 1960s. Collectors of mid-century Americana will appreciate the creative effort put into this mobile healthcare display. It is a rare, quirky look at a 1961 parade float.
