Vtg Snapshot Checking Station Giant Redwood Tree Section Men Boy Hat 1920s
This rare vtg snapshot captures a fascinating moment at a giant redwood tree checking station. A group of men and a young boy, sporting period-correct hats, stand before a massive, hollowed-out tree section that served as a roadside attraction or checkpoint.
The scene reflects the adventurous spirit of 1920s American travel. Collectors of early automotive tourism or forestry history will appreciate the scale of the timber and the authentic sartorial details of the era.
A remarkable glimpse of men and a boy dwarfed by a giant redwood tree section.
