1862 $1 North Carolina Civil War Banknote Currency Note Raleigh NC Reproduction

This is an reproduction $1 obsolete banknote issued by the State of North Carolina, dated September 1, 1862, in Raleigh. The note features the text "The State of North Carolina Will pay to Bearer One Dollar at the Treasury on or before 1st Jany 1866." It is signed by W. H. Dodd for the Public Treasurer and includes the serial number 10808.
