It features a black and white photograph of the crew and a detailed historical text regarding the tragic 1967 event.
The envelope is postmarked from the WESPNEX Station on April 4, 1975, and features a 10-cent First Kentucky Settlement Fort Harrod stamp. It also includes a blue United Nations WESPNEX 1975 cachet with a laurel wreath design.
Condition is very good for its age, showing some natural yellowing and minor foxing/staining on both the front and back. There is a small pencil notation '4/00' on the reverse side. Please see photos for a detailed look at the condition.
